Learn to Sew a Flag Pillow

Skill Level: Beginner Friendly, Familiarity with machine sewing required.
In this class, Janice Perez of the Cotton Pickin' Quilters will show you how to combine strips and squares of fabric to create the flag-inspired patriotic pillow just in time for summer decorating.
Please bring a sewing machine in working condition with a fresh machine needle (don't forget the power cord!) and sewing machine thread in a neutral color (white, beige, or light gray) with a full bobbin.
We have scissors, pins, rulers, and a cutting and ironing station, but feel free to bring any personal tools if you'd like.
If you do not have a machine to bring, we have a few machines available to use and, if necessary, can share among students.
$20 for members, $30 for non-members
Plus a $10 kit fee, which includes pre-cut fabrics and the 12"x16" pillow form insert, payable to the instructor on the day of the class.
