Join us every Monday from 10:00–11:00 AM in the Roddenbery Memorial Library Auditorium for a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga class focused on gentle movement, stretching, balance, and relaxation. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, increase mobility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply take an hour for yourself, this class is designed to meet you where you are.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, or yoga block if you'd like, but none are required—just come as you are and enjoy an hour dedicated to your health and well-being. No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.
