2026 Youth Camps: Football

Join the 2026 Dallas Cowboys Youth Camps at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, inviting aspiring athletes aged 6-16. Participants can choose between two engaging options: the Football Camp, providing interactive coaching from former NFL players with a focus on teamwork, dedication, and character development, or the Dance Camp, led by current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, emphasizing technical skills, positive self-esteem, and core values. Both camps offer a memorable experience from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM for Football and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for Dance, featuring essential amenities such as a t-shirt, medal, lunch, pom-poms for dancers, and a professional photo by America's Best Event Photography.
