Hayley Kiyoko is an actress, singer, songwriter, director, author, and advocate for LGBTQ+ issues. Kiyoko has been labeled by NPR as one of "21st Century's Most Influential Women Musicians". She's known for her coming-out anthem "Girls Like Girls, and for starring in projects like Lemonade Mouth and Wizards of Waverly Place.
“I have been driven to tell this story because I knew it needed to be told, and I knew that I was the one to do it,” Kiyoko, 35, said. “It felt like my purpose in life was to get this movie made.”
Girls Like Girls is a coming-of-age story that focuses on self-discovery and identity through the lens of two girls who spark new feelings in each other.
