Join us for a hands-on youth tour of Elements Mountain Compost! Participants will explore the composting facility, learn how food scraps and yard waste transform into nutrient-rich soil, and compare different stages and types of compost. We’ll even take a closer look by examining compost under the microscope to discover the tiny organisms that make it all happen. It’s a fun, interactive way to learn about sustainability and the science of decomposition!
