ADHD and Me, A Support Group for Kids with ADHD

This monthly gathering offers children ages 5-10 with ADHD an opportunity to meet other children while engaging in fun activities and sharing their experiences.

This month we will have an informal popsicle and playground playdate at the Wegmans Playground in Onondaga Lake Park. Meet the moderator, Lydia Kurt, at the gate of the playground (right at the entrance and parking lot). If you are late, she will be wearing a black shirt and jean shorts with a name tag on her neck that has the library logo on it.

Our vision for the group is to:

make connections and support one another
learn about ADHD so we can advocate for ourselves and understand our diagnosis better
focus on our strengths and build self esteem
complete activities and explore new skills to help us grow.
