Summer Solstice Healing Yoga & Sound Bath Immersion

Join us for a special healing yoga session and sound bath immersion to honor the season of summer!
Jenn McCullough will lead the group in a soothing Hatha yoga practice, acknowledging the aspects of joy, play, and freedom!
Rebecca Black will use Solfeggio tuning forks and therapeutic crystal bowls during an extensive Shavasana experience. This works with the chakras on a more subtle, yet powerful level.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
$35 pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
We will gather in the St. Mark's Chapel of Trinity Episcopal Church, a smaller, more intimate space ideal for this event. Entrance is on N. St. Clair St.* Free street parking right near the entrance.
