The Vanderbilt Woman's Club is now accepting membership dues for the 2026-27 year. Additionally, registration is open for the Center for Quantitative Sciences 2026 Summer Institute, which will offer four short courses this July. Participants can enroll in "Genomic Data Analysis: From Sequencing to Biological Insights" and "Introduction to PyMc and Bayesian Modeling" from July 20-24, with registration available until July 13. The second session, featuring "Terra-Based Cloud Computing" and "Introduction to Causal Inference," will run from July 27-31, with registration open until July 20 or until classes reach capacity. All courses will be held in person at the Department of Biostatistics, located at 2525 West End Avenue, and include food and parking provisions.
