Recovery Community Cafe is a virtual eight week series that helps individuals inrecovery from substance use connect with a supportive community and buildresiliency. Each week we talk through a new element of recovery, how it isshowing up for us as individuals, and what we need to be successful.All ages and stages of recovery are welcomed, as well as those who aresupporting someone in recovery.Virtual meetings will be on Zoom and occur Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm.

Meeting dates and topics for this series are:

• July 22nd: Understanding one’s self and anchors in recovery
• July 29th: Goals, priorities, and wants vs needs
• Aug 5th: Detoxing, harm reduction and relapse prevention
• Aug 12th: Understanding triggers, cravings, and interrupting thought process
• Aug 19th: Motivation for recovery and stages of relapse and recovery
• Aug 26th: Stress management, strengths and lifestyle balance
• Sep 2nd: Physical health, mental health, and emotions in recovery
• Sep 9th: Maintenance & long-term recovery
