Delaware First Health

Delaware First Health provides information on Medicaid Health Insurance Plans. DFH is one of the Medicaid Managed Care organizations (MCO) in the State of Delaware, providing health coverage for eligible low-income families(Doctor visits, hospital, prescriptions, dental, vision, mental health, emergency care, transportation) under the state’s Medicaid program. It is part of the State of Delaware’s efforts to offer managed care options for its Medicaid population, working alongside the state’s Department of Health and Social Services to improve the health and wellbeing of Delaware residents. The Plan’s focus is ensuring that each member achieves the highest possible levels of wellness while demonstrating positive clinical results. They will be distributing English, Spanish and Haitian Creole DFH health brochures and giveaways.
