Feelings Rock: Music & Movement for Little Learners 🎶💛

Join us for Feelings Rock, a fun and engaging music and movement program designed especially for children ages newborn to 5 and their families! This interactive class helps young children begin to understand and navigate their emotions in a supportive, playful environment.

Through songs, movement, and hands-on activities, children will learn how to recognize, express, and cope with their feelings, all while building a healthy, active body. Each session is filled with exciting tools like sign language, rhythm sticks, shaker eggs, puppets, stories, and musical instruments to keep little ones fully engaged from start to finish.

Classes are 30 minutes long and thoughtfully designed to support early social, emotional, and intellectual development, helping prepare children for future success in school and beyond.

Ages: Newborn to 5 years
Class Length: 30 minutes
Registration: Please register each participating child for one session only. Adults do not need to register.
