A Teleservices Specialist is available every Wednesday to assist with a variety of needs. Walk-in hours are from 10am-4pm offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment necessary. Walk-ins are welcome!

Help with Delaware ASSIST applications (Medicaid, and SNAP benefits)

Additionally, our specialist offers a secure and confidential private appointment space for virtual appointments, including telehealth sessions, job interviews, legal consultations, and more. The space is equipped with a laptop featuring the most up-to-date telehealth applications, high-speed internet access, and soundproofing features to guarantee utmost privacy.
