Join us for a comprehensive Walk-In Technology Assistance & Training event, where you can receive hands-on help with your digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, iPads, Kindles, and laptops. Our personalized assistance covers a wide range of topics, including essential software skills, workplace technology, social media navigation, and understanding AI. Whether you need basic computer skills, help avoiding internet scams, or support using technology in daily life, we've got you covered.
Additionally, a Teleservices Specialist is available to provide guidance on employment, health, and social support needs. Walk-ins are welcome, and assistance is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Patrons can access services including resume support, applications for Medicaid and SNAP benefits, housing and food resources, financial coaching, and referrals to partner organizations. For those requiring privacy, a secure space for virtual appointments, such as telehealth sessions and job interviews, is provided with high-speed internet access and soundproofing.
