Bring your child to the library on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month @11am to read to these sweet dogs, Oliver and Penny. The goal of the Literacy Education Assistance Pups (L.E.A.P.) is to improve the literacy skills of children and grow their enthusiasm for reading.
