Details:
This will be a speed and agility clinic that will be designed to fit the appropriate skill level of the age group. This will be a structured speed and agility clinic where the athletes will learn more specific drills and exercises to develop their speed and agility.
The event will happen every Tuesday and Thursday until July 16th
