Details:
Stamp carving is a fun introduction to relief printmaking. Stamps can be used for greeting cards, art projects, journals, wrapping paper, and more. We’ll be making small stamps (2”x3”) with an easy to carve rubber medium and lino carving tools. Bring in your own design or use one that we have on hand. We'll have simple shapes and lines for beginners and more detailed designs for some challenge. No registration is necessary. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests. An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) business days in advance.
