Details:
Tech Help is a DROP-IN event where you can receive one-on-one help with your technical devices, or ours. It's available every Thursday, 10AM-12PM in the Edna Clyne Room at the Benicia Public Library.
Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive with your own charged device and know your login passwords to avoid delays.
Some examples of problems could include:
* Setting up and using an email account.
* How to send photos with your texts.
* Filling out website forms.
* Accessing and using electronic books.
* SO MUCH MORE!
Please be aware that the Library Technician you meet with may not have the experience or the ability to resolve all presented issues.
