We are honored to have this session led by Coach Jen, a Certified Gracie University Instructor and a highly respected expert in trauma-informed Jiu-Jitsu from Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Largo West ([gracielargowest.com/](https://gracielargowest.com/)).
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminology from USF, Coach Jen combines the "psychology of violence" with real-world techniques. As a survivor of domestic abuse herself, she brings unmatched compassion and lived experience to the mat. She doesn't just teach you how to fight back; she teaches you how to stay out of harm’s way, set boundaries, and protect your energy—mentally and emotionally.
