Hamilton Sing & Dance-Along

“Look around, look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now…” Kick off Independence Week in Downtown Minneapolis with a sing and dance-along screening of Hamilton at The Commons Park. Join Minneapolis Downtown Parks on Wednesday, July 1 for a free outdoor community screening celebrating music, storytelling, and the many voices that continue to shape this country. As we head into Red, White & Boom! weekend and the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America, we’re gathering in the park for one unforgettable night of singing, dancing, and maybe attempting every word to Guns and Ships. The Commons Park – 425 Portland Ave S Wednesday, July 1 Movie begins at 9 pm Sing-along encouraged Come ready to dance, quote lyrics, and celebrate summer downtown Bring blankets, lawn chairs, friends, and your best Hamilton energy. Costumes welcome. Food trucks and drinks onsite.
