Camp Encourage 2026

Join us for Camp Encourage 2026 and discover the HERO within! We are excited to be hosting our 26th annual grief camp for children, open to any child ages 6-15 who has experienced the loss of a loved one. Camp will be held on June 11th and 12th from 9 am to 5 pm at the Montezuma Spiritual Center. Our two-day bereavement camp provides a safe and uplifting environment where children can express their feelings in healthy ways, build positive coping skills, connect with other children, and discover their inner strength and resilience. Through engaging activities, team building games, creative projects, and meaningful group discussions, campers will learn that their courage, kindness, and hope are their very own superpowers. Camp is offered at no cost thanks to contributions and donations from our community. To request a camper application, please email bereavementservices@ehhospice.org or call 937.316.0005. Applications must be turned in by May 15th, 2026.
