Join the St. Marys Community Public Library for "Fabric Foundations," a series of crafting events. A quilting class on July 1st will focus on creating a Waterwheel quilt block, followed by a sewing class on July 8th where participants will sew a worry pet. Open sewing labs will take place on July 15th, 22nd, and 29th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., allowing attendees to bring in and work on their own projects. Registration is required for the quilting and sewing classes, as well as for those needing a sewing machine. All ages are welcome, though participants aged 14 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The library will provide necessary supplies and notions. This event is supported by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
