Outdoor Classroom: Nature Dyes

Join us on the fourth Friday of each month for a fun outdoor learning experience! Each program will feature a nature-themed story followed by a discussion about real-life applications and an interactive activity. Each session will take place at the campground amphitheater at 2 p.m. These events are free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. More details will be announced on Facebook on the day of each program. Additional information can also be obtained by calling the park office at 636-586-5768. Learn about traditional ways of dying clothing, and discover the natural dyes that might be hiding in your backyard! Plus, dye your own tea towel using vibrant natural hues.
