Session 1: From Prompts to AI Agents

Learn how AI agents can support multi-step workplace tasks instead of one-time chatbot responses. Participants will look at practical uses such as meeting preparation, follow-up planning, project updates, document review, internal knowledge assistants, and client research. The session will focus on defining the AI’s role, giving it useful context, setting boundaries, and identifying where human review belongs.

Session 2: Building AI Workflows Across Tools

This session focuses on using AI with workplace tools to support real business processes. Examples may include customer inquiry triage, document processing, task routing, weekly reporting, research briefs, and AI-assisted communication workflows. Participants will learn how to choose a trigger, connect information sources, define the AI’s decision-making role, create useful outputs, and build approval steps before important actions are taken.
