Join our Spud of the Month Cooking Club for an exciting culinary journey featuring Batata Harra, the spicy Lebanese potatoes! Under the guidance of Chef Davey, this monthly cooking class invites you to celebrate Wisconsin’s beloved tuber through a fun and interactive experience. You’ll learn to create perfectly crispy, golden potatoes tossed in a zesty sauce made with olive oil, fresh garlic, spices, and cilantro. Enjoy delicious snacks and sip on a customized cocktail or mocktail as you connect with fellow food enthusiasts and share your favorite recipes.
The class is designed for ages 18+ (21+ to consume alcohol) and includes all supplies for a registration fee of $30 per person, with members enjoying a 20% discount. Space is limited, so be sure to register by Wednesday, August 5th, 2026. Attend eight classes for a chance to win a potato-themed gift basket, featuring the exclusive Food + Farm Exploration Center Potato Vodka.
