Blessed Are They Who Say “I DO”
The vision of marriage is to help one’s spouse reach heaven, a journey supported by the Lord’s grace. By living out the Beatitudes, couples can experience the Kingdom of God here on earth, making their marriage both holy and fulfilling while guiding each other toward eternal life.

Presenter: Deacon Steven Dupay
Deacon Dupay was raised in Minneapolis and graduated from Edison High School. He then attended the University of St. Thomas where he received a BA in Quantitative Methods. Many years later, he attended St. John’s University and earned a MA in Theology with an emphasis in pastoral ministry. In 2002, he was ordained a permanent deacon. His ministry in the Church has included RCIA, baptism preparation and baptisms, marriage preparation and witnessing marriages, and funeral ministry. Deacon Dupay is married to his high school sweetheart and has four grown children and nine grandchildren. He currently resides in Big Lake and is assigned to St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael, MN to provide diaconal ministry.
