Jemeek Morris is a Small Business Technical Advisor for GSA’s Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in region 2 covering NY, NJ, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. In the three years he has held this position, he has supported the small business community by conducting outreach, providing training, and helping them understand how to navigate federal opportunities and procurements within the GSA. Before working at GSA, Jemeek served for 11 years as a Contracting Officer with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he specialized in real property lease contracts. He also has experience with Construction, Supplies, Services, Utilities, and IT procurements.
