Details:
Join Andonnia Maiben from PVAMU for this exciting "Junk Journaling" program at the Missouri City Branch Library on Thursday, July 23, at 2 pm. The class will be repeated on Friday, July 24, at 2 pm.
Many people are in need of stress reduction. Mindfulness is a way to address that need. Junk Journaling is a mindfulness practice that allows one to focus their attention on their present creative pursuit. It is the construction of a scrapbook with the freedom of found materials and memory making.
Spend an hour focused on creative freedom and walk away with a project that you can say helped you release some stress!
Class limited to 9 students. Limited supplies. Registration required.
