Building a business can be incredibly rewarding.
It can also be lonely.
Most women entrepreneurs spend their days solving problems, making decisions, supporting clients, managing families, and carrying responsibilities that few people fully see. We are constantly moving forward, yet rarely take time to step back and ask:
What's working?
What's not?
What needs my attention next?
Who can help me get there?
The truth is that growth rarely happens in isolation.
Research has consistently shown that accountability, social support, and strong professional networks increase the likelihood of achieving goals and sustaining long-term success. Yet many women are trying to build businesses without a trusted circle to exchange ideas, receive feedback, and celebrate progress along the way.
That's why I'm creating Root & Rise.
A monthly gathering for women entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and professionals who want more than traditional networking.
This is a space to slow down, reflect, learn from one another, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
