Mandy from Enchanted Woods Wellness will provide this deeply relaxing sound experience designed to calm the mind and restore balance to the body. During this session you’ll be surrounded by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments that help release stress, quiet the mind, and realign your energy.
