Fire Element - Dance Embodiment Journey

Fire is linked with the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - The energy center which governs our inner fire, confidence, drive, & personal power. When we are deficient in this energy we feel insecure, unable to set healthy boundaries, a lack of motivation, or fearful to pursue our passions. In excess, we can feel power hungry, egotistical, overactive, or quick to anger. When balanced, we feel inspired by our passions, content in our being, confident in our purpose, & aware of our divine strength.
Fire is the element of passion, destruction, transformation, purification, & rebirth. It is Mother Earth's reminder that we are POWERFUL beings!
