Total Hours: 2.0
The first five years of a child’s life are critical to their development. There are many influences on a child’s development, but the first and most fundamental is the child’s parent or caregiver. During Active Parenting: First Five Years, we will explore the various stages of child development from birth to age 5, styles of parenting and help parents and caregivers understand the importance of building a parent/child bond, play and self-care. (2-hour class.)
