Rolling Recreation- Barbara Bennett Park

Rolling Recreation and Art in the Park are exciting initiatives by the Parks & Recreation Department aimed at fostering community engagement in Reno’s parks. Rolling Recreation offers free activities in city parks and open spaces, inviting residents to enjoy outdoor recreation. This summer, Art in the Park encourages artists of all ages and skill levels to showcase their original artwork in a vibrant outdoor setting. The spring 2026 pilot program will be held at Bicentennial Park, where artists can display their work on outdoor mesh panel exhibits every Saturday, starting June 13, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants can reserve display spaces in advance or join on a first-come, first-served basis, with each artist allowed one panel per weekend.
