Aerospace Academy Family Workshops

Join us for an exciting summer at the New England Air Museum with the Aerospace Academy Family Workshops, designed for kids ages 8–12 and their caregivers. These hands-on workshops, featuring new themed experiences each week, explore the fascinating world of aviation through interactive activities, behind-the-scenes access, and guided tours. Key highlights include aircraft design, aviation innovations of World War II, forces of flight beyond airplanes, aircraft restoration, space exploration, and airport operations.

In addition to the workshops, July is a month of celebration as we honor 250 years of innovation and aviation history with our "Celebrate 250 at NEAM" series. Enjoy hands-on fun with events like Big Jet Day and Helicopter Day, featuring 25% off admission, free flight simulations, historic aircraft displays, and living history experiences every Saturday.

Take on the Summer 2026 Challenge by completing all six workshop themes and creating lasting memories with your family.
