The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will reward the youth participants of the 2025 Summer Reading Program with an “Ice Cream Extravaganza and BINGO!” on Thursday, July 31 at 3:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Join the Library in celebrating all of the hard work during the summer reading program by making a sundae and playing BINGO. For toddlers through fifth grade children and their families.
