Shibori Dye

Thursday, July 23 | 3:00 – 4:30 PM Location: Schow Patio Come learn the traditional Japanese shibori dye technique. By binding, folding, wrapping, and stitching fabric, we'll create patterns in indigo ink. Similar to tie-dye, shibori ultimately embraces the unpredictability of the dye process while mimicking geometric patterns. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
