Join us on Tuesdays for a 60 minute gentle class that adapts yoga poses using a chair. You will also learn techniques to calm the mind and body that can be practiced anywhere. All levels and abilities are welcome. This is Yoga for Everybody and Every Body. This program is offered and made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Beaches Branch Library.
