*FREE* Conditioning for the Community:
Our coaches will be conducting pre-season conditioning workouts throughout the month of July. These workouts are completely optional and open to all athletes in our community. They are a great way to get to know other Roughrider players and coaches and give our athletes the opportunity to get in shape before regular season practices begin.
All workouts will take place at Heritage Fields, located at 9010 128th St E, Puyallup, WA 98373
All workouts will be from 6:00pm – 7:30pm on the following dates:
June 30th,
July – 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30
This is every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday leading up to the start of our regular season practices.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
· Make sure your player brings a water bottle.
· Players should wear shorts, t-shirts, and good running shoes or molded rubber cleats. NO metal cleats are allowed.
Regular season practices will begin on Monday, August 3rd.
