Are you ready to grow your confidence, build real leadership skills, and take on challenges that prepare you for a future on the Yawgoog Staff? The Yawgoog Leadership Experience gives Scouts the opportunity to learn, lead, and discover their potential.
During Leadership Week, participants work directly with staff, explore every program area, and develop the foundational skills of effective leadership. Afterward, Scouts are invited to return for Experience Weeks, where they join a department and take on hands‑on responsibilities in an apprentice-style role. It’s the best way to try out different parts of camp life and see where you shine.
