Discover a simple meditation technique that can melt away stress and be a powerful addition to a healthy living regimen. Facilitated by Dr. Alan Post, long time meditator and contributing author to "Meditation as Medication for the Soul" by Rajinder Singh who has been practicing meditation for over 30 years.
