Hip Hop Barre is an energetic Barre flow that will take you through upper body, lower body, and abdominal exercises as you let the music move you and bring power to your workout! Hip Hop Barre is formatted as a progressive workout throughout each month, meaning that we will build upon movements with each class throughout the month to improve our practice and enhance our strength within each movement. Whether you are an avid Barre goer or a first time member, this class is for you!
