Details:
Starting with a 30-minute Cycle class we'll get your heart rate up with a variety of Indoor Cycle Drills. Then we'll head out into the Bootcamp room for a 20-minute full-body workout using bodyweight, hand weights and other props. You get the best of both worlds when it comes to this combo.
