Join us for SummerQuest 2026, where we invite participants of all ages to "Unearth" the hidden stories within books! Engage in exciting reading quests, earn prizes, and achieve your summer reading goals through activities tailored for age groups from 5 and under to teens and adults. Attend our weekly SummerQuest Club meetings to make progress on your Reading & Activity Challenge, while earning brag tags for participation. Younger readers can color in books read, while older participants can play Book BINGO or set personal reading goals with logs to track their progress. Completed logs enter you into a raffle for grand prizes in each age category. Kids up to 18 can enjoy free lunches provided through the USDA Summer Food Program.
In addition, our SummerQuest Club for teens will delve into the world of artificial intelligence, exploring its benefits and drawbacks in everyday life. Participants will learn how AI impacts their daily activities, from social media to potential future jobs. Discussions will include how to identify deepfakes and hands-on experimentation with AI tools. Free registration is requested. Join us for an enriching summer experience filled with reading, learning, and fun!
