Music on the Lawn: The Lost Years Band

Music on the Lawn is one of our most beloved community initiatives. Each event is free to the public, as Laurel Arts believes in making the joy of music accessible to all members of our community. We invite local food and beverage vendors to participate at no cost, allowing them to share their unique offerings with our audience.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. Parking is available across the street from the lawn stage. This event is free to the public, and all ages are welcome.

The Lost Years Band
Ben and Kait grew up in neighboring towns, and Sam and Chris started dating in their early high school years, but it was a small community theater in Scottdale, Pennsylvania, that brought this group together. Their shared love for the arts forged lasting friendships, but life scattered them across the state after college. In 2022, they all found their way back home. To reclaim lost time and celebrate the music of a lost era, The Lost Years was born.
The Lost Years plays a blend of 90s country, classic rock, and radio staples in an acoustic style. Their joy onstage is as real as their long-time friendship. You'll find them playing at festivals, restaurants, community events and more in Connellsville, Somerset, and the surrounding areas.

This year we are doing something new—-combining Makers Market with Laurel Arts’ Music on the Lawn series! Local artists and a variety of vendors from across the county will be onsite selling their handmade or locally-produced artisan and specialty products to the public. We offer a unique community shopping experience. We hope to see you there!
Music on the Lawn runs from 6-9PM
