Camp BW Kids: Handmade Heritage

Join us for an exciting summer at Camp BW with two immersive experiences designed for kids to explore art, history, and creativity!

**Camp BW Kids: Handmade Heritage** is perfect for children ages 8–12 (2nd–6th grade) who love to engage in hands-on projects inspired by folk art from around the world. Throughout the week, campers will create vibrant tin foil Mexican folk art, craft layered paper tulips from Poland, and design batik cloth landscapes. They will also explore the math behind quilt designs with Learning Lamp To Go and embark on a field trip to the Heritage Discovery Center to witness folk art in action and receive inspiration from various cultures.

**Camp BW Junior: History Hoppers** invites curious children ages 5–7 (Kindergarten and 1st grade) on a whimsical journey through time. Campers will celebrate the USA's 250th birthday by creating patriotic art, playing historical games, and sampling treats from the past. They'll then blast into space, designing new planets and building dioramas for imaginary aliens. Outdoor adventures include discovering America's National Parks and earning trail names while crafting nature-inspired art.
