Life is a sacred ritual which must be honored. Each person is on their own unique path of discovery and search for their truth. We are all attempting to wake up from the dream of the planet to find our true and authentic self, separate from what we are told by society, culture, family, work, and others.
When we are energetically attuned and coming into balance through our Mind/Body/Spirit connection, our energy centers are open and aligned. This is true congruence, and it connects us from our biology embedded in our DNA, to our spirituality and cosmic energy where we exist in many forms, and over many lifetimes. This is the thread which also connects us to all living beings through our energetic resonant frequency.

I invite you to spend three days with me at my Equine Facilitated Healing Center in Stanwood, WA for an in-depth retreat where we will focus on our connection to nature, to our bodies, our minds, and to spirit through our higher self, our ancestors, and the spark of magic within each of us that connects us all on an energetic level. Each day we will move through the landscapes of the body, the mind, and the spirit with the goal of alignment of all three, which creates a congruence and roots us in the earth while connecting us to our higher self and greater purpose. This connection will bring clarity to our path and expand access to the gifts in our lives.
To aid our process, I have invited other skilled practitioners to join us on this journey through the body, mind, and spirit to create spaces for a deeper connection through movement, art, sound, and scent.
