Details:
Join us for a delightful Family Storytime at Castle Park, featuring engaging stories, songs, rhymes, and creative activities designed to spark a love for reading in children. This collaborative event, hosted by the Clinton Library, Freeland Library, and Langley Library, will take place at the Castle Park Playground Picnic Shelter in South Whidbey Community Park. Families are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoor setting. Following the storytelling, there will be playtime and art activities. Please be prepared for varying weather conditions, as the event will proceed outdoors unless severe weather occurs, in which case it may be canceled, while online storytimes remain available. For preschoolers, there’s also a focused Preschool Storytime with Adrianna, where fun books and songs will be shared, followed by playtime. As space is limited, doors will close when the program is full. For those needing a sign language interpreter, please submit a request at least two weeks in advance through your local library, based on availability. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
