STAY ACTIVE FITNESS CLUB is a healthy way of LIFE for WOMEN ONLY not a weight loss program! Rather than superficial goals like an ideal low weight or tiny size, STAY ACTIVE FITNESS CLUB focuses on women becoming strong and healthy. We like to lift heavy; heavy enough that we become strong but not so heavy that we lose our femininity and start looking a little bulky. WE BELIEVE IF YOU ARE STRONG OF BODY & MIND & ONCE YOU START SEEING DEFINITION, YOUR WEIGHT, SIZE, AND BODY FAT WILL FALL UNDER A HEALTHY RANGE. We not only love getting stronger by lifting semi heavyweights combined by intense sessions of different types of cardiovascular, but we believe it’s also important to help each other (we become friends) and reach out and encourage other women to start living a healthy lifestyle. AND WE HAVE A LOT OF FUN WHILE DOING IT! We incorporate all that in our program!! STAYING ACTIVE all the time by working on three key areas that must be educated, stimulated, and trained every day: Physical Training, Balanced Nutrition, and Motivation.
