The Royalton Hartland Community Library's mission is to foster learning, recreation, and personal growth for residents of the Royalton Hartland Central School District. As a member of the NIOGA Library System, it provides access to a wide range of resources and services, including new books and movies for all ages, inter-library loans, local newspapers, and a local history collection. The library also offers public computers, internet access, Wi-Fi, printing, scanning, and faxing services. Additionally, it provides electronic resources such as eBooks, audiobooks, and music through platforms like Overdrive and Hoopla, and facilitates family history research via Family Search. The library hosts various programs and clubs for children, teens, and adults, and serves as a community meeting space and a cooling center during extreme heat.
