The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library is the largest public library in west central Wisconsin, located in downtown Eau Claire. It promotes lifelong learning and supports open access to diverse materials and resources to enhance community quality of life. The library offers public internet computer stations, free Wi-Fi, iPads for checkout, and a wide selection of books, movies, and music, both in-house and downloadable. It provides a vibrant, family-friendly space with dedicated areas for children and teens, including interactive stations, craft activities, story times, and a young adult lounge. The library also hosts various programs, art exhibits, and offers access to research tools for homework, business planning, genealogy, local history, and more.
