FAVA, located in the New Union Center for the Arts at 39 S. Main Street, Oberlin, OH, is an independent non-profit art organization founded in 1979. Its mission is to enrich public appreciation and engagement with the visual arts through education, exhibitions, and community events. Supported by memberships, donations, and various foundations, including the Nord Family Foundation and the Ohio Arts Council, FAVA also established an endowment fund for sustained support of its programs. Membership is open to all, offering benefits like discounts and exclusive event invitations.
